Lovely little 50s dress in great Easter / Spring colours. White cotton with large tulip print in green and yellow. Drop waisted figure hugging bodice with a wide rounded neck and short puff sleeves. Natural waistline nips in and the waistband sits on the upper hip with a softly scalloped seam. Skirt falls in small gathers and is very full. Side metal zipper fastener. No labels, possibly handmade.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.
The dress is not labeled with a size but fits approx like a Small. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.

CONDITION
Very good condition.
-I think this has been taken up slightly, but it feels like the original hem is still there under the fold.
-Inside seams are not overlocked so shows some light wear/fraying though this does not effect the wear. The lower bodice over the dropped waist is lined with interfacing fabric which has torn along the seam in one place but is otherwise in very good condition. None of this is visible or effect the wearability/fit when worn. Presents beautifully.
